The contract you receive from Lifetime Pet Cover should contain the necessary information to ensure that you understand the level of cover and the policy that you have signed up to. This will include how much cover this provides you with and the exact monthly or yearly payment required to be made by you to Lifetime Pet Cover.
You must keep your pet’s vaccinations and boosters up to date and in line with the vet’s recommendations:
Dogs: Distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and parvovirus
Cats: Feline infectious enteritis, feline leukaemia and cat flu
If you do not vaccinate your pet for these conditions, we won’t be able to pay any claims that result from the related illnesses.
Anywhere in the world for up to three (3) months during the period of insurance provided that your pet is accompanying you on holiday and you have the correct PETS certification.
Please submit a claim within 30 days of injury or illness
Illness within 14 days of policy inception;
Pre-existing conditions, (unless treatment or symptom free for previous 24 months);
Pets less than 8 weeks old;
Dogs used for guarding, racing or registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1997
